Monday Manicure #9 - Half Spots

11:30

I've been meaning to do a variation of these nails for so long, but just through being a bit lazy, and hugely busy I haven't had time to do them. Becky did a lovely full blue version a couple of weeks ago, and reminded me of how much I wanted to do these, so I made myself do them in a spare half an hour before work.

Because of work, and uni, I wanted to do something a bit more neutral, so I picked the above fours, which are some of my favourite go to Models Own colours. I also decided to just do half nails instead.

It's nail art that is extremely easy to do but looks really effective. All you need to do is pick a few colours, I'd recommend not having more than 4, paint your base coat, and then once that's dry dot the other colours over the top one by one. I used dotting tools to do the dots, but if you don't have any a kirby grip does the job perfectly!

What do you think? Will you be trying these out?
