Monday Manicure #4

11:30

After breaking the majority of my nails at work on Friday, I decided to give these a go so that my nails looked presentable for a night out back home for the boyfriend and his brother's birthday. I received these nails in my Leeds Blogger Meet goodybag which was jam packed with exciting things to try! As soon as I saw them I got excited because I've wanted to try them for a while, but decided I should save them for something special.

The nails themselves are a really nice shape and size, and really natural looking. They were extremely easy and quick to apply, the longest part was choosing the right size! After applying them I could still use my phone/ipad, which usually takes a bit of getting used to after I've had my nails done.

I've seen a few bloggers complaining about the fact that they don't last a full week like it says on the box, although it does actually say up to a week! I applied mine on Friday and after a weekend of travelling, walking and playing with dogs, going out drinking etc, they are all still attached, so I'm really impressed. Also, if they do come off, I'd be able to apply a spare to the majority of my nails, which would make them last longer.

The price for a pack of these nails is £8.99, which I think is reasonable, but I personally would only be buying these for special events, rather than everyday, otherwise they could end up rather expensive!

Have you tried imPRESS nails? What do you think of them?

  4. I really did not get on with these :( which is unfortunate because they have so many lovely designs. They seemed to fit your nails a lot better than they did mine. I did a post on blog; www.magpiebox.blogspot.co.uk

  8. I still have my packet of all black ones from a giveaway I won a while back! again I'm saving them for when I "go out" as I can't have nails/nail polish for work :'( so for me these are great as I'd need to take them off the next day anyway but yeah, for £8.99 I'd probably only purchase now and again or for going on holiday when I can wear nails for as long as I like :)

  11. Im not a huge false nails fan, although these ones look nice. I think its because they come as short nails instead of claws!
